Must be 18 years of age. There is no upper age limit.
Must be a high school graduate, or have a GED with a minimum score of 2,500 (250 under old testing method) or a High School Equivalency of 600 or higher or a two (2) year associates degree or higher.
Must have taken at least one full year of high school algebra, or its equivalent, and received a grade of "C" or better, or one post-high school algebra course equivalent to one full year of high school algebra or current math placement results from a community college facility indicating a placement level beyond high school algebra (General Math for Residential Wireman) or provide evidence of completing the NJATC Technical Math online course with a minimum score of 75%.
Provide documentation to verify legal working status, a condition of employment, per I-9 requirements.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Submit a DD-214 to verify military training and/or experience if they are a veteran.
Must reside in the geographic area of the apprenticeship program at the time of the application which covers the following counties in Northwest Washington: Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, San Juan, Douglas, Chelan, Grant and Okanogan Counties.
