The JATC wants apprentices, instructors, employees, and others involved in our program to have a clear and accessible way to raise concerns about harassment, discrimination, retaliation, safety, inappropriate conduct, or other serious issues.

You may report a program concern by completing the Complaint Form below. Submitted forms are sent directly to the Training Director and HR@nwejatc.org for review.

You may choose to submit the form anonymously. If you remain anonymous, the JATC will still review and investigate the concern to the extent reasonably possible. However, anonymity may limit our ability to ask follow-up questions, gather additional information, or contact you regarding the outcome of your complaint.

You do not need to determine whether conduct violates a law or policy before making a report. If something concerns you, we encourage you to report it so the JATC can determine the appropriate next steps.
