Local Union #191 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the Cascade Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) invest in the future of the Electrical Industry in Northwest Washington by jointly sponsoring and funding the Northwest Washington Electrical Industry Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC).
